Welcome to an all new installment of Brewer’s Night, Paul was recently able to sit down with Jay Ashmore, Regional Brewery Representative for Stone Brewing Company. they had a chance to talk about some of Stone’s great beers including their Arogant Bastard (try the Oaked, it is great) and thier limitted Cali-Belgique belgian style IPA (also great). Good place to go. I was there a couple times last week, plus Pizza Port (Port Brewing) in Carlsbad, plus Alesmith. This town likes Hops. Even got to go to a Beer Dinner hosted by Greg Koch at the San Diego Wild Animal Park. We left that event and promptly stopped at the Stone's Bistro on the way home. It was a good night. It was a good week.
